Wakatipu High School Foundation Endowment Fund

The vision of the Wakatipu High School Foundation is for all WHS students to be enabled to meet their potential in a supportive and well-resourced environment.

​WHSF recognises that through education, young people can enrich their own lives and the community in which they live.

​

The WHS Foundation was established as a charitable trust in 2013 to support Wakatipu High School in delivering an outstanding education and to oversee the management and prudent investment of the generous gifts and donations from the school community. Originally founded on a generous endowment from the E.P Wilding Trust, the Wakatipu High School Foundation works with a wide range of supportive community members, businesses and funders to ensure ongoing support for Wakatipu High School.​

To ensure their impact continues for many more generations, in 2018 the Wakatipu High School Foundation established an Endowment Fund with the Wakatipu Community Foundation. The aim of this fund is to provide a sustainable financial foundation for decades to come.
